Tripo Studio is the world's first AI-native 3D workstation designed specifically for professional 3D creators — solving the real pain points of professional 3D creators by using AI to accelerate complex stages of the 3D Pipeline.
As the product designer, I built the design system from zero to one and redesigned the responsive web app — from 3D model generation to AI real-time texture painting, retopology, rigging, segmenting, assets, and more.
I was also responsible for most of the product management and strategy. I have reconstructed the complex interaction strategies for the 3D pipeline running on the web and established the SOP and standards for evaluating 3D model performance.
Every decision aimed at one thing: making professional 3D creation 4x faster — more controllable, more creative, more polished, and more professional.
